2025.09.24 [Registration Closed] Registration for the On-Site Supplier List (Lunch Boxes, Food Delivery, Catering Services)

[Notice] Applications to register for the supplier list closed on 24 September 2025.

The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) is inviting businesses to register on a supplier list to provide information to participants (official participants, private sector pavilions, events, Association staff, etc.) at the Expo site who wish to use lunch boxes, food delivery, or catering services. This supplier list will be provided to each participant at the Expo site.

Recruitment Details

1. Businesses seeking to be included on this list must support the aims of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan and be able to reliably provide lunch box, food delivery, or catering services for each participant.

2. Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements.
(1) Business Qualifications: Applicants must hold the necessary qualifications for lunch box, food delivery, or catering service (e.g., Restaurant Business License (catering), Bento Sales Business Registration, other beverage/beverage sales business, food sanitation manager, etc.).
(2) Main Services Offered (One or more of the following must be offered):
– Lunch boxes, food delivery, or catering services (hors d’oeuvres and party services)
– Halal options
– Vegan options
– Vegetarian options
– English-speaking service
(3) Applicants must have a base in Osaka or Kansai to carry out the business described above and be able to arrange a business operator to provide the services.

3. Application Period
Applications closed on 24 September 2025.

4. How to Apply
Please send the following forms attached to an email with the subject “Application for Registration on the Supplier List for On-Site Lunch Box, Food Delivery, and Catering Services.”

(1) Attached Documents
Application Form (Excel: 42KB)
Please submit the completed Excel form and a signed PDF version. *The Application Form (Excel) must be submitted in both Japanese and English.
Officer List (Excel: 22KB)
Please submit information on all of your company’s officers. This list is the “Officer List Required by the Association” listed in the Pledge Form below. Please note that this list will not be provided to participants.
Pledge (PDF: 141KB)
Please submit  as a PDF file with the company name, date, representative’s name, and signature or official seal.
In accordance with the Osaka Prefectural Ordinance for the Elimination of Organized Crime Groups, applicants are required to pledge that none of their company’s officers fall under any of the items listed in Article 3 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Ordinance, and agree to provide this information to the Osaka Prefectural Police Headquarters. The Association will not use this information for any other purpose.

The information on each document will be provided to participants as is, so please make sure to fill in your contact details correctly.

Important Notes

・We aim to include all businesses that wish to register on this list. However, in accordance with the Osaka Prefectural Ordinance for the Elimination of Organized Crime Groups, businesses will not be registered if they are determined to fall under any of the items in Article 3 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Ordinance.
・If a business is found to be engaging in activities that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, the Association may not register it on this list. If such circumstances are discovered after registration, the business may be removed from the list.
・Registration on this list is free of charge, and no registration or brokerage fees are required.
・This list will not be made public but will be provided to participants.
・Contracts are to be concluded directly with participants. The Association will not act as an intermediary.
・The Association will not mediate or otherwise intervene in any disputes with participants, including payment collection.
・If you wish to change or cancel the information on your application form, please notify the above address.

・Registration on this list does not guarantee the conclusion of a contract with participants.
