We have prepared a document with easy-to-understand information on the ExpoID registration process and what you need to prepare in advance, using photos and diagrams.
Please register your Expo ID here.
An ExpoID is a common login ID for Expo-related services. By registering for your ExpoID, you will be able to conveniently experience various services.
Please prepare one email address that is not being used for an ExpoID before registration.
In addition, you will need to register your biometrics, passcode, etc. for improved security, so please prepare a smartphone or computer with screen unlock functions such as biometrics, passcode, pattern, PIN, etc. enabled.
You may have entered an incorrect email address.
Please check the following items to see if your email address is set to reject emails, or if it has been sorted into your spam folder.
Please check the following:
Please check your email folders as it may have been sorted into the spam folder.
You can use ExpoID registration URL only once. If you clicked it more than once, it will become invalid.
Please enter your email address again on the new registration page. You will receive a new URL and you can register for ExpoID.
If you get an "Invalid URL" message after clicking the new URL, please get the new URL again and copy the URL in the e-mail without clicking it, and paste it on your browser.
When setting your ExpoID, please avoid using information that can easily be guessed by a third party, such as your date of birth, address, or telephone number. An ExpoID must be between 8 and 20 characters in length and contain lowercase letters, numbers, or symbols.
Once registered, the ExpoID cannot be changed.
You will be able to log in with the external account you wish to use for logging in by setting up a link to that account.
To link to an external account, access the “Link to External Accounts” page from the “ExpoID Menu” page and click “Link” for the applicable external service.
Your ExpoID or password may be incorrect. Please make sure that your ExpoID and password are correct and try again. If you have made several mistakes, then your account may be locked, so please try again in a few minutes.
If you have not yet registered for an ExpoID, please register for a new one.
If you have already registered for your ExpoID, you can find your ExpoID in the “Forgot your ExpoID” section of the “Login” page.
If you have not yet registered for your ExpoID, please register for your ExpoID yourself on the “New Registration” page.
You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the “Login” page.
If your ExpoID has been registered via proxy, please confirm your password with your proxy registrant.
You can change your profile from the "ExpoID Menu" page under "Profile" > "Update".
Please note that the date of birth cannot be changed. If you have set your date of birth incorrectly, please delete your current ExpoID account and re-register.
Please note that you cannot use the (same) email address you have already registered with if you wish to re-register.
Please note that once you delete your ExpoID account, you will not be able to use the tickets you have purchased.
The date of birth cannot be changed as it used as identification information and for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized use of age-restricted services. We ask for your understanding.
If you have set your date of birth incorrectly, please delete your current ExpoID account and re-register.
Please note that you will not be able to use the (same) email address you have already registered when you re-register.
Please note that once you delete your ExpoID account, you will not be able to use the tickets you have purchased.
You can change your email address from the "ExpoID Menu" page under "Profile" > "Update".
If you change your email address, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please be sure to click the URL in the email. If you do not click on the URL, your email address change will not be reflected.
If you have registered for your ExpoID by yourself, you can change your password from “Change Password” on the “ExpoID Menu” page. If your ExpoID has been registered via proxy, you cannot change your password by yourself. Please ask your proxy registrant to change it for you.
To increase the security of your ExpoID, you will need to set the authentication used to unlock the screen of your smartphone or computer (biometric, passcode, pattern or PIN, etc.) as your identity verification. This operation is required only for the first login.
Please note that those whose ExpoID has been registered via proxy registration do not need to set up identity verification.
If you have registered your ExpoID by yourself, you must set up your identification verification. If your ExpoID has been registered via proxy, you can use the service without having it set up, but having it set up will increase the security strength and allow you to use the following services:
Please try using recommended browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge (Chromium version)).
Please make sure that your biometrics and passcode are correct and that your device’s screen unlock settings (biometrics, passcode, pattern, PIN, etc.) are enabled.
If your smartphone or computer is not equipped with a screen unlock function, please use one-time password authentication.
Proxy registration is a method for a person who has registered an ExpoID to register his/her own ExpoID on behalf of a family member or other person who is not yet registered. Please refer to the ExpoID information page for detailed proxy registration procedures.
If you are under 16 years old, you cannot register for your ExpoID by yourself due to the Personal Information Protection Law. Please ask a family member or other person to register on your behalf.
If you are under 16 years of age, you cannot update your profile by yourself due to privacy laws. Please ask the person who registered for your ExpoID on your behalf to update your profile for you.
The following browsers are recommended to use the ExpoID registration site.
Please note your tickets will become invalid.
Please check the official ticket website for ticket handling.
If the one-time password authentication fails in the identity verification setting of your ExpoID or if the setting is not completed after scanning the QR code, the setting of “ExpoID:*****” will remain on the one-time password authentication application side of your smartphone.
“ExpoID:*****”, which causes authentication failure at login, can be deleted.
