An ExpoID is a common ID that can be used to log in to the various services provided at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. By registering for an ExpoID, you can enjoy the Expo more conveniently.
Services Available with ExpoID
More services using ExpoID will be announced in future. Details of each service will be announced as soon as they are ready.
Convenient and Secure Authentication when Logging inIn addition to your ExpoID and password, you will need to verify your identity when logging in. The system utilizes secure login functions such as biometric authentication screen unlock, and one-time passwords for convenient and secure login.
An email address is required to register for an ExpoID. When logging in for the first time, you need to set up an identity verification method, so please prepare a smartphone or computer with a screen unlock function (biometric authentication, passcode, pattern, PIN, etc.).
Although you can set up identity verification via just an email address, we recommend using the screen unlock function for greater security.Please note that if you cancel your ExpoID, the email address used to register for the ExpoID cannot be reused to register for another ExpoID within 20 days.

The URL is only valid for 12 hours, so it may have expired. If this is the case, please enter your e-mail address again on the new registration page. You will receive a new URL that you can use to register for an ExpoID.
When setting your ExpoID, please avoid using information that can easily be guessed by a third party, such as your date of birth, address, or telephone number. An ExpoID must be between 8 and 20 characters in length and contain lowercase letters, numbers, or symbols.
Once registered, the ExpoID cannot be changed.
You will be able to log in with the external account you wish to use for logging in by setting up a link to that account.
To link to an external account, access the “Link to External Accounts” page from the “ExpoID Menu” page and click “Link” for the applicable external service.
Your ExpoID or password may be incorrect. Please make sure that your ExpoID and password are correct and try again. If you have made several mistakes, then your account may be locked, so please try again in a few minutes.
If you have not yet registered for an ExpoID, please register for a new one.
If you have already registered for your ExpoID, you can find your ExpoID in the “Forgot your ExpoID” section of the “Login” page.
If you have not yet registered for your ExpoID, please register for your ExpoID yourself on the “New Registration” page.

You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the “Login” page.
If your ExpoID has been registered via proxy, please confirm your password with your proxy registrant.

You can change your profile from the "ExpoID Menu" page under "Profile" > "Update".
Please note that the date of birth cannot be changed. If you have set your date of birth incorrectly, please delete your current ExpoID account and re-register.

Please note that once you delete your ExpoID account, you will not be able to use the tickets you have purchased.
The date of birth cannot be changed as it used as identification information and for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized use of age-restricted services. We ask for your understanding.
If you have set your date of birth incorrectly, please delete your current ExpoID account and re-register.
Please note that you will not be able to use the (same) email address you have already registered when you re-register.

You can change your email address from the "ExpoID Menu" page under "Profile" > "Update".
If you change your email address, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please be sure to click the URL in the email. If you do not click on the URL, your email address change will not be reflected.
If you have registered for your ExpoID by yourself, you can change your password from “Change Password” on the “ExpoID Menu” page. If your ExpoID has been registered via proxy, you cannot change your password by yourself. Please ask your proxy registrant to change it for you.
To increase the security of your ExpoID, you will need to verify your identity with the screen unlock function on your smartphone or computer (biometric, passcode, pattern or PIN, etc.) when you login.When you log in for the first time, you will need to choose one of 3 three methods to set up as your identity verification method.

Please note that those whose ExpoID has been registered via proxy registration do not need to set up an identity verification method.
If you registered your ExpoID by yourself, you must set up an identification verification method. If your ExpoID was registered via proxy, you can use the service without setting up identity verification, but having it set up will increase the security strength and allow you to do the following:

1.Please try using the recommended browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge (Chromium version)).
2.Please make sure that your biometrics and passcode are correct and that your device’s screen unlock settings (biometrics, passcode, pattern, PIN, etc.) are enabled.
3.If your smartphone or computer does not have a screen unlock function, please use a one-time password authentication using the authentication app or email.

Proxy registration is a method for a person who has registered an ExpoID to register his/her own ExpoID on behalf of a family member or other person who is not yet registered.

If you are under 16 years old, you cannot register for your ExpoID by yourself due to the Personal Information Protection Law.

If you are under 16 years of age, you cannot update your profile by yourself due to privacy laws. Please ask the person who registered for your ExpoID on your behalf to update your profile for you.
We recommend using one of the following browsers to access the ExpoID registration site. For security purposes, we recommend that you use the latest version of your OS and browser.
Please note your tickets will become invalid.
Please check the official ticket website for ticket handling.
The one-time password will be sent to the email address registered to your ExpoID. If it has not arrived in the inbox of the registered email address, please check your spam folder.
If you received multiple one-time password notification emails, please enter the one-time password from the most recent email.
If you enter an old one-time password, you will get an error.
Please confirm that the one-time password is correct and enter it again.
If you make a mistake multiple times, your ExpoID will be locked, and you will get an error message even if you enter the correct number.
Please wait a while and try to log in again.
We will send notifications and respond to inquiries regarding ExpoID by email or telephone. We will not contact you via text message.
