Here you can learn about how to reserve your admission date and time and the lottery system to view pavilions and events at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan which opens on 13th Apr., 2025.
After purchasing your ticket, you are requested to make a reservation for the visit date and time.

Log in to the EXPO2025 Digital Ticket Site with your ExpoID and click “Reservation＆Lottery”.

Scroll through the”Apply for reservations/lotteries” screen and click “Select ticket to reserve” under “STEP 1: visit date and time reservation.”

On the “Select Target Ticket” screen, select the tickets for which you want to reserve the visit date and time (here, all tickets are selected), and click “Apply with selected ticket”.

On the “Select visit date and time” page, select the date, and then the time slot you want to visit the Expo site. You cannot select a time before selecting the date.
At this time, please select the entrance gate according to the means of transportation you plan to use. After selecting the date, time, and gate of your visit, click “Set visit date and time”.

When the screen above is displayed, your application for the visit date and time is complete.
This is a way to reserve for the visit date and time with tickets linked to other persons’ ExpoID together with your own tickets.

Log in to the EXPO2025 Digital Ticket Site with your ExpoID and click “Reservation&Lottery”.

Scroll through the “Apply for reservations/lotteries” screen and click “Select ticket to reserve” under “STEP 1: visit date and time reservation.”

Click ”Apply for tickets held by other people all at once（enter the ticket ID）”

The “Ticket ID input field” will be displayed, so enter the ticket ID (10 alphanumeric characters) that you want to apply for in bulk and click “addition”.

The ticket to be added will be displayed at the bottom of the “Ticket ID input field.” If the ticket ID is correct, click “Add to ticket selection screen”.

Check the tickets you want to apply for and click “Apply with selected tickets”.

On the “Select visit date and time” page, select the date, and then the time slot you want to visit the Expo site. You cannot select a time before selecting the date.
At this time, please select the entrance gate according to the means of transportation you plan to use. After selecting the date, time, and gate of your visit, click “Set visit date and time”.

When the screen above is displayed, your application for the visit date and time is complete.
Visit date and time reservations can be changed up to 3 times.

Log in to the EXPO2025 digital ticket site with your ExpoID and click “My Tickets“ from the menu at the bottom.

Scroll down “My Tickets” and you will see your tickets. Click the ticket you want to change or cancel your reservation.

Click the ticket name and scroll down “Ticket details”.
In the “Reservation Status” confirmation section, there are buttons to “Change” or “Cancel”, so click them.
After clicking “Change”, you will need to make a new reservation for your visit date and time.
Even if you have booked multiple tickets together, any changes or cancellations must be made separately for each ticket.
The reservation status for tickets held by other peoples’ ExpoID cannot be seen from The “My Tickets“ of the person who made the reservation.
Any changes to the visit date and time or cancellations must be made by the ExpoID holder themselves.
*Please note that if you change your visit date and time, any pavilion/event reservations that were granted for your original visit date will be cancelled.
*Reservations can be changed up to 3 times.

Click on “Select ticket to apply for lottery”.

Select the ticket you would like to apply with for the Super Early Bird Special Lottery. You can only select Super Early-Bird One-Day Tickets or Free Tickets for 0-3 Year Olds. After selecting the ticket, click “Apply with the selected ticket”.
Note: You cannot apply for the lottery using only the Free Tickets for 0-3 Year Olds.

Click on “register” for your first choice.

When you search for your desired pavilions or events, a list of applicable pavilions/events will be displayed. Click the button for the pavilion or event you are interested in.

After selecting our preferred date, the selected date will be highlighted, and you can select your preferred time slot. Once you have selected your preferred time slot, you can then click on “Registration of desired contents”. Please note that the available time slots may vary depending on the pavilions/events.

If you would like to select a different time for the same pavilions/events for your second choice or later choices, click “Select a different time for the same pavilion/event” or click “Add another preference” to enter a lottery for other pavilions or events. Clicking “Select another time slot for the same pavilion/event” will return you to the screen in step 6, where you can select another time slot.

Once you have completed registration for up to five preferences, the screen will look as shown above. After registering all your preferences, click “Apply for the lottery with these preferences”.

When the above screen is displayed, your application for the pavilions/events lottery is complete.

Click on “Apply for the same reservation for tickets held by other people(enter ticket ID)“.
The “Ticket ID entry field” will be displayed. Enter the ticket ID (10-digit alphanumeric characters) you would like to apply for and click “addition”.

After confirming that the ticket ID you added appears at the bottom of the “Ticket ID Entry Field,” click “Add to selected tickets”.
*If you wish to add multiple tickets that others have, repeat the process of entering and adding ticket IDs.

Tickets you own and can reserve will be displayed, with the ticket you added at the top. Select your tickets together and click “Apply with selected tickets”.
*You can apply for up to 14 tickets per application.

Click on “Register” for your first choice.
